    PAA Introductory Session - £85

    A session to find out about how the Positive ADHD Attitude works to lower ADHD unwanted behaviour in young people and an opportunity to see if this will be useful for yourself or your child.

    PAA Single Session - £75

    A single session of the Positive ADHD Attitude course or methods. An opportunity to learn more, refresh past strategies or continue a current treatment plan***.

    PAA 4-Session Block - £250

    A block of 4 sessions of the Positive ADHD Attitude course/Life Coaching. One course of the NFPP takes on average 8 sessions***.

    ***plus travel expenses at the standard health service rate if outside Southampton City Centre
